Your information

Privacy notice

Effective September 29, 2026

This notice explains how Good Call Insurance Group (“Good Call,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, submit a form, talk with us by phone, or receive our texts and emails. Good Call is an insurance agency and brokerage brand. We are not an insurance carrier; carriers issue policies and provide their own privacy notices.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request coverage information or a quote, we may collect your name, phone number, email, state and ZIP code, date of birth, gender, household size, estimated income, the coverage you are interested in, and when you prefer to be contacted. When you apply to work with us as an agent, agency owner, or employee, we may collect your licensing status and licensed states, National Producer Number, current carriers, production estimates, team size, and business details.

Your contact consent. When you agree to be contacted, we keep a record of the exact notice you agreed to, its version, the date and time, the page you used, your IP address, and your browser type, so we can show what you agreed to and honor your choices.

Calls and messages. We keep records of calls, texts, and emails with you, such as dates, times, phone numbers, call outcomes, and notes. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and compliance.

Information from others. We may receive your information from marketing partners and lead providers you asked to connect you with an insurance agent, and from insurance carriers when we help you with a policy.

Technical information. Our hosting providers may process information such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited to deliver and secure our websites.

Please do not send us Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or medical records through our website forms.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your request, discuss coverage options, prepare quotes, and help you apply for and service insurance.
  • To contact you by call, text message, and email about your request and related insurance products or agent and agency opportunities, including marketing calls and texts using automated dialing technology, only as permitted by your consent and applicable law.
  • To review agent, agency, and employment applications, and to support licensing, carrier contracting, and training.
  • To review calls for quality, training, and compliance, which may include automated tools that analyze call recordings or transcripts.
  • To keep records, honor do-not-contact requests, prevent fraud, secure our systems, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

  • Insurance carriers and their representatives, when you ask us to quote, apply for, or service a policy.
  • Licensed agents working with Good Call, so they can help with your request.
  • Service providers that operate our websites, database, phone and dialer systems, email and text messaging, and call-quality review, who may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Authorities and others when required, such as to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Calls, texts, and emails: your choices

  • Consent to receive marketing calls and texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@goodcallinsure.com.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing emails.
  • Ask the representative who calls you, or email hello@goodcallinsure.com, to stop calls. We keep an internal do-not-call list and honor applicable do-not-call rules.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time by any reasonable means. We may still contact you about an existing policy or request where the law allows.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, or to delete it, and to opt out of certain uses. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@goodcallinsure.com. We will verify your request before acting on it and respond within the time required by law. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission.

Information we obtain to provide insurance products may also be governed by federal and state insurance privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act; where those laws apply, they control how we handle that information.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls that limit information to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed to handle your request, service policies, maintain business and consent records, and meet legal and regulatory requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.

Children

Our websites and services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through our websites.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice. The effective date above shows when it last changed, and material changes will be posted here.
